The Fender Stratocaster, THE guitar of WIPEOUT

Mike B. Marvellous

Mike is a Fender fanatic, his stage gear revolves around his favourite Stratocaster a red 1961 model with rosewood fingerboard and his Vox AC30 amplifier. Backing up the Red 'Strat' (which is signed by Mark Knopfler and Hank Marvin) is his 1979 '25th anniversary' silver Stratocaster, his 1977 Hardtail Natural Stratocaster, a 'Millennium special' stratocaster

Along with his beloved Fenders Mike uses a Alesis Quadraverb 2 loaded with the "echoes from the past" patches and a Digitech RP7 multi-effects unit for his distortion and chorus.
