A 2 Zee Entertainments –TERMS & CONDITIONS

· Cancellation by the client within 7 days of the booking will result in a 100% fee being payable on or before the original arranged booking date.

· A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the booking fee must be paid by the client within 5 working days from the booking being taken.

· All fees (except deposit) must be paid, in CASH, at the beginning of the event to the Artist unless agreed with A 2 Zee Entertainments in advance. A 2 Zee Entertainments reserve the right to withhold the services of it’s Artist until all outstanding monies are paid in full. Failure to settle the account will be seen as the client cancelling the booking and our standard cancellation fees will apply.

· It is the clients’ responsibility in conjunction with the venue to ensure that adequate stage space and mains points (2 x 13 amp UK sockets) are available for the artist and that all facilities conform to current BS and HSE regulations. A 2 Zee Entertainments reserve the right to insist on changes before providing services. Failure to provide adequate facilities will be seen as the client cancelling the booking and our standard cancellation fees will apply.

· The client MUST inform A 2 Zee Entertainments at the time of booking of any problems of access to or from the venue such as stairs, lack of adjacent parking for a van, narrow doorways etc. A 2 Zee Entertainments reserve the right to insist on help from the client, any hired help will be at the clients expense, this may cause a failure for the event to start on time for which A 2 Zee Entertainments will not be held responsible. Failure to assist will be seen as the client cancelling the booking and our standard cancellation fees will apply.

· The client shall take all reasonable precautions to ensure that adequate security is present for the event. Should any fight or physical violence or theft of A 2 Zee Entertainments equipment occur the artist shall have the right to immediately withdraw services with no penalty to A 2 Zee Entertainments and the client shall be held totally responsible for any losses incurred by the artist or A 2 Zee Entertainments and will be deemed to have cancelled the booking, our standard cancellation fees will apply.

· The Client shall indemnify the artist and A 2 Zee entertainments for any loss or damage incurred by the venue or the artist in the course of the evening inside and outside of the venue including damaged caused by mains spikes etc. from automatic sound level devices.

· It is the Clients responsibility to ensure that the performance area is kept clear of people and secure at all times.

· Unless agreed in writing in advance a standard performance by the artist shall be of either 2 x 45 minute sets or 3 x 30 minute sets. Changes to this format, extensions and encores are purely at the discretion of the artist and may be charged at a mutually agreed rate.

· Whilst A 2 Zee entertainments makes every reasonable effort to ensure it is able to provide the services requested we cannot be held responsible for problems caused by acts of god, artist illness, unforeseen transportation problems, acts of war, acts of terrorism, failure of third party service providers (such as electricity suppliers), incorrect licensing of the venue, or by interference by the client, guests or venue with any of A 2 Zee entertainments equipment.
